Quiet, neat park, friendly staff, great ablutions. Spacious, serviced pitches. Handy for beach, shops, pubs, buses to Yarmouth. Track noise and older facilities noted, but great value and atmosphere recommended by most.

Great little site, plentiful facilities and well positioned.
Electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Lovely little site, very simple but impressed with the set up. Each pitch has its own water and drainage which is great, choice of hardstanding or grass. Nice toilets, each individual with a shower inside the cubicle. Washing up facilities and a nice play area for the kids. Wifi throughout. It was probably barely half full when we went so we had room all around us. Site is probably a couple of miles from the racecourse end of yarmouth front and very easy to get there, also close to Caister beach so very well placed. Received a very warm welcome from the owners. Would definitely return.
Disliked Not really a dislike as it doesn't cause too much problem so more of a caution. Driveway to the site itself is very narrow and getting off the site can be a bit of a challenge as there are parked cars along the road that restricts visibility. Not a gamechanger though and wouldn't put me off returning.

Liked The site was very nice & peaceful
The pitches were a good size & not too close together
The toilets & showers were well maintained
The beach was a 5 minute walk & was lovely. There was a coffee shop near the lifeboat but we didn't try it. On the walk back from the beach we called in The Ship pub for a drink & sat in the garden. Opposite the pub there's a fish & chip shop which we tried the next day. They were the best we've ever tasted.
Just outside the campsite is a bus stop which takes you into Yarmouth or opposite direction along the coast as far as Hemsby where there are places to buy food & drinks & shops to buy gifts. It also has a lovely beach.
Disliked We took my son who has special needs & Autism. We were in a camper van & we chose this site because pitchup states that you can take a pup tent. We thought that was perfect as my son likes to sleep in a tent. When we arrived at the entrance the sign said ( no dogs or tents). We spoke to the warden & we agreed we would put the tent under our gazebo as the warden said it would upset other people on the site. It did mean we had less room to sit under it when it was very hot.
Pitch up please give the correct information

From the manager: Thank you so much for your review. I have now removed the pup tent option from our listing. We do allow these for the purpose of storage not sleeping . However as the parent of a special needs child myself we are always happy to try and accommodate individuals needs wherever possible .
Many thanks

Ok site, shame about the other guests
Electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked The toilets were fine. The pitches were nice and flat.
Disliked First impressions count and the first impression of this site was that it was run down and in need of TLC.
It is not bad site, just in need of maintenance.
However, and while not totally the responsibility of the campsite owners, there was an incident on the night of the 5th of July that they did not intervene in (they might have feared for their personal safety but the police should have been called. )
Fighting, loud music, a car circling the campsite tooting the horn, for about two hours in the early morning. Someone could have been injured.
No sigh of the owners the next day to check in on guests either. Not ideal at all.

From the manager: Firstly my most sincere apologies that this incident happened during your stay . We pride ourselves in providing a peaceful stay and this was highly unusual . I did personally intervene and evict the responsible parties on the spot and the police were called . I also was on site the next morning personally talking to all the customers . I can assure we we take these matters seriously and acted accordingly . I’m sorry I missed you personally , I was on-site has you reached out to discuss.
These things happen sometimes to the best of us .
