- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
- No electric barbecues allowed.

Liked Very pleasant site, nice and clean. Great views over the countryside. Toilet, showers and wash up area very clean like new. Owner made me feel very welcome on arrival. Stayed for two nights. Nice and quiet and peaceful.

Liked Everything. Peaceful, spotlessly clean. Great facilities and very welcoming. Also a great dark sky site for stargazing. Lots of animals and finishing lakes to walk around. And great to buy some fresh eggs from the farm for breakfast.
