- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
- Reception is unmanned after 8 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
- Minimum spacing of 5 metres between pitches.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- Open fires are only permitted when using firepit kits from the site.

Liked: Really peaceful campsite with a welcoming owner. The firepit was a lovely addition to the evening.
Disliked: Not the most level site, but plenty of flat bits. Ideally the site could do with some laundry facilities.

Seriously good walks
The cabin area was lovely and well used but also really clean and tidy
Really enjoyable site, adults only made it really peaceful
Wildlife in abundance
And Murphy the dog was a superstar :)

Liked: Lovley site, good toilet blocks, nice helpful owners.
Lots of walking from the site.
Disliked: Have to walk over other people's pitches to get water.

Liked: A beautiful little campsite! Two lovely ponds with lots of wildlife. Very quiet and peaceful, just the birds to listen to. A nice walk round the mere too. Loved it!
Disliked: I can honestly say we had nothing to dislike.

The owners were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. The pitches were spacious and thoughtfully landscaped. The facilities were always clean, the communal lounge area was amazing, kitted out with everything you could need should the weather be unkind. We loved every minute of our few days stay. The walk around Colemere and the canal towpath walks were beautiful. The owners should be very proud of the site that they have created in such a lovely location.
The lanes leading to the site are narrow but very quiet with plenty of passing places. This did not put us off, and we will definitely return. Loved it there!
