What customers say
Spacious, level pitches with spotless facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful, with the site manager a real star. Pub next door is great for a grub. M5/railway noise is minimal for most. Dog walking area a bit small, occasional road hum.

Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Ok site. Lovely pub on site unfortunately stopped doing food at 5pm and as the site description and reviews said it did food we didn’t take much with us as thought we would eat there.
Disliked We were on gravel pitch 6 and wished we’d chosen a grass pitch as the pitch we were on was more like parking spaces, no grass or hedge separation and other campers would walk right by our van using it as a walkthrough to the loos. One guy nearly hit his head on our back open window.
No hand soap in ladies at any point of our stay

Liked Lovely pit stop
Disliked Wow, the noise from the motorway was loud...
I think the end of the runway at local Bristol airport would have been quieter
Yes, yoh will say if I done my research blah blah blah but that was loud
My opinion
Other than that, lovely

Not as described when we booked
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Not too far from the M5, as was a stop off enroute to Cornwall
Disliked When we booked the site was advertised as having a pub adjacent, which we intended to have a meal in. On arrival we were informed that the pub had closed down, and was now a cafe, only serving in the daytime, we was offered discount at a pub some distance away, this wasn't convenient as we were travelling in a motorhome.
This aside, the site is ok, it's very close to the motorway and railway so a lot of "traffic" noise.
The hard standing pictures are gravel and grey dust, it I imagine would be quite dirty in rainy conditions

3 bedroom static caravan
Liked Caravan was spotless, parking right next to it, no noisy guests, reception team extremely helpful and very accommodating when I had an emergency - thank you that meant a lot. A small site covering all the basics. This is our 2nd visit, previously in our own caravan, and we’re booked to come back again in a couple of weeks, so says it all. Yes it’s next to the motorway, you can hear the noise but after a short while it becomes background noise and it definitely didn’t affect our sleep otherwise we’d not be coming back.
