Friendly and helpful shop owner who lent us his electric cable for free. Log man delivering logs to your tent. Good clean toilets and showers. Shop that sold everything you needed.

Shame that that the advertised licensed bar was unable to sell alcohol.

Poor Wi-Fi signal.

Staff were really friendly, and always ready to help (even helping out jump starting our camper when it failed to start at the end of the holiday)
The site was so clean. Very impressed to have someone clean the shower before I used it.
Facilities were brilliant.
Friendly, relaxed site. Despite being busy over the weekend it was still relatively quiet

Some people are so disgusting leaving dirty nappies around the toilet and don't control their children or dogs

Lovely and clean site. Toilets and wash rooms as always being cleaned. Kids loved the play park too. Lovely walk to bodiam castle.

You can pitch anywhere almost if you don't book premium or electric. Lots of space. Lovely staff, often cleaning showers or toilets. Good play area, some of it under cover for all weather. Onsite shop and cafe.

Pretty much all the hedge rows were premium or electric pitches, so you had to pitch in the middle of the fields. Phone signal was non existent and WiFi was only good closer to the centre of the site but they did have it. (We only used phones for checking weather and staying in contact with each other) Shop and cafe was a little pricey for a camp site but very friendly and food was good.

The amount of space to set up your camp is good and in Ash field there is a block of 4 toilets which is handy as theain block of toilets would have been a walk.
Main block showers always clean and friendly staff all round.

It was noisy where we were in ash field due to a very large group singing and talking loud until 01.30 on one night.. when it clearly states volume down after 22.00

Huge area with so much space to choose the perfect pitch for ur family.
A big park to play in and lots of choice at the small shop for necessaries

The electric hookups were a little questionable! Not clearly marked, and posts fed by extension leads, so no one really knew where they were meant to plug in!

Large open space, like having cafe with hog food.
Liked had nice play area for children. Like showers and toilet clean in men's.
Aloud to have open fires and having a log seller driving around.

No where to hang up or shelf to put change of Clothes in showers.
Cafe bar unable to serve alcohol due to having no licencee.
Would have even nice to have bins around camping fields as so large.
Poor WiFi
No phone signal Vodafone. Very poor TV signal.
