Liked: Stayed in the new bell tents.
It was lovely to arrive and already be set up.
2 pubs locally plus an on site cafe/bar.
Good facilities.
Great location.Disliked: They could have lowered the price structure for midweek.
Weekend was packed but come Monday we were the only occupants in the bell tents and we were still paying weekend prices.

Liked: Wonderful family friendly campsite with the most incredible views. Everything we needed was walkable and the onsite shop and cafe are fantastic. We will definitely be coming back!
Disliked: The showers and toilets are in need of updating and are a bit rough around the edges but new ones are being built I believe

Liked: Lovely surroundings, nice staff, quiet at night, good sleep in the fresh air.

Disliked: Not Disabled friendly, advised site of my autistic children and still got noise complaints.
Toilet block dilapidated and shower stalls tiny.
Six toilet stalls and hundreds of DOE teens on site, inadequate provision of toilets for quantity of visitors.
£49 a night too expensive for slopes pitch and poor facilities.

Liked: Location is great for Kinder Scout, Mam Tor and surrounding hills. Good cafe and shop on site.
Disliked: Men’s bathroom facilities could do with a bit of a refresh.
Nice area. Don’t have an expectation for nice facilities.

Liked: Edale is a lovely village and is fabulous for some good walking .
The campsite has great views and is in a really lovely spot.Didn’t use the cafe so can’t comment on it
Disliked: The showers and toilet facilities ……. The showers were not clean ( a dirty sticking plaster in one shower cubicle for 3 days ) , the backs of the shower doors not clean and there are some seriously interesting moulds on the ceiling …..the one hand dryer was dirty down the wall ….. all a bit disappointing really . Needs a good clean, needs modernising ……
And just for information only You Need levelling blocks for the gravel pitches .

Liked: Awesome team on check in and gave a mibt leaflet/map of the site. Really great place to pitch up for the night and facilities were top notch!
Disliked: To many group of year 12 kids on site didnt cause any issues just cant bide screaming kids! Im getting old! ( 41)
