Liked: Phil and Mandy perfect hosts site lovely and peaceful we went fishing there which was fab you can see they both take pride in the lakes we were low on bread asked Mandy if they had any in their shop she said no but phil was nipping out next thing we know a loaf was being delived to our pitch fantastic. We will be coming again for sure.

Liked: Very nice camping, definitely recommend...nice,clean and quiet ... lots of forest walks you can do ... fishing and extra :)
Disliked: The only disadvantage is that they do not have a park for kids

Liked: Quiet friendly site, well kept. Beautiful fishing lakes and woodlands on site.
Disliked: Shower block old - no control over the temperature, cost of 20p /50p a shower .
Too many caravans on site felt hemmed in.

Liked: We stayed over the Bank Holiday, on arrival the reception was closed. However the owner came over & welcomed us. Very attentive throughout our stay. We booked an electric hook up pitch for 2 adults & 1 dog. Plenty of room for our 8 man tent & car. The site is wonderful for fishing, the lakes have an abundance of fish, also very tranquil. The site is very secure, key fob entry after 9pm requiring a £20 deposit. Cleaning facilities & bathrooms very clean, dont forget your 20ps for the showers, worth it though as nice & hot. Also a nice large disabled bathroom. Plenty of seaside towns within 30 minute drive, though if you're there for the peace & quiet of the countryside there are plenty of lovely walks across many a field & stiles. Would we return?? Yes we will

Liked: Fab stay hosts where great told us everything we needed to know about the site. Site very friendly and dog friendly and fishing was fun for all ages
