Clean spacious pods on a beautiful site. Pitch and putt was excellent and could use clubs from reception. On site cafe and park are both great. Lovely grass area in front of pods and gated front to pod was ideal for our 1 year old to play out but be safe. Loved so much that we are going to book again.

Some stains on sofa

Our first family little holiday, we have booked again for a weekend holiday in September for our 2nd wedding anniversary! 😊

Pod was fab and had everything in we could of needed. Liked the grassed area infront of the pod to watch kids play. Good playground on site for kids. Front and back decking. Good secure site

- pod could of been cleaner, main things nice and clean IE bathroom/kitchen ect however could see a lot of places that could of done with a good dusting! (seen an outside agency cleaning pods maybe need to speak to them)
- mattress wasn’t the best but tolerable for a few nights.

Large play area,we were able to sit an relax with a drink whilst our kids played still in view!

Long wait for food on the Sunday morning......it was fathers day and really busy though ,not to mention the breakfasts are amazing so maybe get in early!

The pods set up was great. Plenty of amenities on the site. Really good for children. Grassed area where they can play supervised. Lovely balconies front and back of the pod

Great location for visiting Hornsea with Scarborough 1 hour away .
The site itself beautifully maintained with lakes for fishing playarea for children and a golf course lots of wildlife inc bunnies& birds.
The pod had everything we needed kitchenette shower room dining table front and back decking area .Our pod was dog friendly nice and clean .
Information booklet was extensive.The shop was reasonably priced and well stocked .

The mattress was so hard ,we took a topper which helped ,but honestly the mattress let the pod down .
The light outside the pod on all night with no way we could find of switching it off so even with blinds down the light from above door and adjacent grass picnic area shines into pod.
No wifi

Amazing, fantastic clean site, lovely grounds and the pods were just beautiful. Blown away by how imacculately clean they were and beautifully situated.
Loved the site, we love nature and it has a gorgeous wildlife reserve, walk and twin lakes for bird spotting, fishing and rabbit spotting.
Total bliss and already want to book again.

The only negative was the bed mattress and sofa beds were hard and caused a bad sleep so they could do with a topper on. Otherwise no complaints was first class.

Amazing new pods that served every purpose and beautifully designed. Fantastic 5 star site! Our family loved the golf course and woodland walks.

Nothing! We would highly recommend and have already booked a return visit.

Ladies on reception were very helpful and friendly , was a lovely piece full place to stay and very clean and tidy. Was our first time staying and I will definitely be returning. We had breakfast which was lovely!!!!.

Shower had a few hairs in.
