Calm quiet campsite. Friendly helpful staff. Clean heated amenities. We stayed in a pod, which was clean, carpeted, had heating and lights.

If you're looking for a campsite overlooking the lake, this might not be for you. Whilst the campsite is next to the lake, you can't see the lake from most of the pitches. From the pods you have a view of the shower/toilet block and other pitches. This was perfect for us as ideal for quick rainy toilet trips with toddlers, but others may be disappointed with the lack of scenic view.

Really nice, quiet camp site. Very picturesque. Friendly staff and all amenities in good working order and cleaned regularly. Will return next year for a longer stay.

Very quiet and great facilities. Very confused by previous reviews complaining about the toilets / showers. We're used to off grid camping, so a little grass on the toilet floor doesn't really bother us! Who is walking around barefoot in the toilet/shower block anyway?? 5 mins from Bicester Heritage where we were visiting.

The site was clean and very well kept.
The grounds and the fishing pools looked beautiful.
A peaceful place with space for children to play.

The shower block closed to the reception was clean but could do with a refurbishment soon.

Facilities were cleaned regular and shower was nice and hot. Lovely location with a little walk around the lake. Location of local centre was good.

Lovely site, clean and helpful staff. Parked Campervan up easily and pitched up awning. Took dogs for a walk around the site plenty of poo bins beautiful fishing lakes. Toilet and shower block clean and lit up in the dark, very helpful. Good value for money.

Would be nice if there was a little shop or a vending machine.

Nice generous sized pitches and was glad to have been put next to parents in their motorhome as often this is not possible. Good showers in the newly built shower block. Good location and pretty grounds with the fishing lake onsite too.

Didn’t see any presence of cleaning staff and felt that the toilets were a little ignored. Would recommend more toilets and showers if you are doing any further improvements. Also, hand dryer or paper towels would be a good idea in the new block as nothing to dry your hands on if you are just popping to the toilet.

Really friendly and helpful lady who checked us in. Nice and well looked after campsite. Good for walking and really close to Bicester. Lovely to walk the dog around the fishing lakes.

The toilets were quite dirty and didn't seem to be cleaned at all during our stay. Nice new toilet block but a shame about the cleanliness.
