Safe and secure, good reception/toilet/showers, good washing up and disposal! Had a fully serviced pitch for first time, no pipes but was easy to fill and empty right behind caravan. Good lakes and walks for the dog

Lacked character felt like we were in storage

Lovely site just outside of Bicester. Secured entrance which was reassuring. Glebe farm had all the facilities and even has a pressure washer to clean your vehicle which was a bonus. Lovely rural location and very peaceful.

Absolutely loved this place. Excellent and clean facilities. The park even went as far to sort out special accomodating factors for myself and my partner for her birthday. A lovely day and evening together spent here.

A very quiet site

Unfortunately quite a lot. We paid for hard standing, which would normally be enough for the caravan and an awning. Not on this site. The hard standing was only just wide enough for the caravan, so any awing would have to be on the grass. However due to the amount of rain the grass area was water logged. The pitch was also fully services, but the water tap and drainage was so far away that you needed an extension for both fresh and grey water, which we didn’t have. The toilet block is ok and the showers are good. However there didn’t seem to be any cleaning done whilst we were there, nor is there a mop and bucket to clean down after using the shower.

As we were a party of 3 caravans and 6 adults they did allow us to use one of the pods which was nice.

Stayed in Feb in the rain. Great check-in with very helpful host. Easy to find site. In February - very quiet!
Toilets in reception (our nearest) were nicely decorated and warm. Water was hot.
Hard standing sites for a few vans were close to reception. i.e. not far to walk for shower.

Being somewhat aged and creaky it is difficult to get dressed without somewhere to sit. There are no wet seats in shower nor any dry in the toilet area. Take a stool if you need to sit for installing your socks and shoes.

The PIR lights for the toilet time out, leaving you sitting in the dark and no means of re-illuminating them. Remember to take a torch if you need to contemplate prior to taking action.

The showers are HOT, really HOT and no means of turning the temperature down - the thermostat controls were faulty. Dip in and out worked but a bit tricky.

Lot of road noise in the pitches on that side of the site near the car park for the fishing pond.
It seems you are sharing the area with users of the fishing pond, and they did start showing up early.

Quiet site. Nice new toilet block.
