Absolutely loved our stay here!! It was our first time camping. The staff are so friendly, the site is beautiful and spacious. I love the dog walking area and sitting beside the lakes. We will be returning.

Locality of site - easy access to many places to visit and other counties.
4 Star rating given for locality. Did not use toilets or showers to comment.

Motorhome hard standing pitches could be bigger as not much room when parked next to a caravan and car.
Also there were a few tents pitched very close by of which some were groups. I would have thought the rally field would be better for groups of campers.

Our pitch was on the end near the toilet block which was well lit at night and clean.
The site had two small well fished lakes but I did enjoy a couple of hours fishing.
Visited the surrounding areas including Chipping Norton, and we ventured to Burford too. The flight house antiques not far up the road is a great place to visit with on site cafe. Oxford isn't too far but we went and couldn't get parked anywhere and with road closures and being sat in queues of traffic it was a bit chaotic..probably best to park and ride if you visit.

Campsite very well maintained, nice, clean and quiet. There is a small forest next door for walks and a lake with fish. I recommend to everyone, families with children will also be delighted. Occasionally small recreational planes fly over and it is nice to look at them. In addition, it is possible to see red kites gliding in the air, which, I think, scare away the pigeons, which do not occur here, which gives peace and quiet. The service staff is very polite and helpful.

This is one of the best campsites we have been to and there is really nothing to complain about.
