Liked: I loved this campsite!
My first time camping and I am booked again for 4 days in October.Excellent facilities, I love the communal room.
Very clean site and very friendly.
Beautiful views and very easy to find.
Disliked: You have to purchase a fire pit was was £20.
The wood would not burn so I didn't think it was good value at all.It should be £10 and bring your own wood etc.
The WiFi was non existent!
The ground was also quite stoney and hard so struggled with the tent pegs a little.

Stayed in a pod which was warm and clean. Electrical sockets have type a usb sockets as well as normal 3 pin sockets.

Liked: The location and views were spectacular. The staff were lovely and friendly and had great knowledge of the local area. Nice to have an onsite shop and option to hire fire pits.
Disliked: The toilet block wasn’t as clean as other places we have stayed.

Disliked: Reception isnt manned so when i asked for a call back whilst on route didn't receive one.
Hi
For clarification the reception is manned 24/7 either physically or via the mobile phone number and/or attention bell system which is clearly signed on the reception door - and we are on-site at all times as we live directly opposite the reception office. We don't always get to the phone at all times and, as the answer system suggests, we prefer if an email can be sent which is more available for us to see when out working on the site.
