Great stay. Clean field. Forest for cover and views of ladybower as you open tent! Adele the owner is Great and checks regularly you have all you need.

Adele is a great host, the site is perfect, the weather unfortunately wasn’t good but Adele checked that we were ok and had everything we needed, great relaxing weekend will highly recommended this place

We spent a night in this camping that is located in a wonderful position in the Peak District. The area is wonderful and there are many places to explore from the lake to higher in the peaks. Perfect place for any level of hikers. The camping is exactly as it is advertised in the photos and in the advert and looks like wild camping as there are no running water or other facilities (except for portable toilets!). The staff is what made the camping an excellent one. We had some issues during our short stay, but we discussed them with the staff who explained everything and offered a solution. We were very happy with the interaction with the staff and we will go back again.

The camping is on a slope, so once you are aware of it, you are able to deal with it.

This is such a beautiful campsite with the most gorgeous view of the reservoir. Staying here we had some car issues and Adele and her husband were the most helpful hosts and helped us tremendously, without them we would have been in a lot of trouble so I both thank them very much for that, but also definitely recommend their camp site. I would 10/10 recommend this campsite even if they had not have been so helpful it is that beautiful and I encourage anyone to stay here! I would love to go back

Nice site, lovely views. Toilets kept clean and stocked. Management polite and even came round later in the day to see if we had everything we needed.

Perfect location for hiking and trails. It's a basic no frills site with no facilities except porta loos. There was an issue when we arrived in that the loos had not been emptied but this was explained upon arrival and was soon rectified. The owner was lovely and could not have been more helpful. She was continually driving around checking everyone was OK.

The site is on quite a slope. Ok for us as had levelling blocks for the van but if you were in a tent this might be an issue in some spots.
