Lovely welcoming host who really makes this site what it is. We were there on a busy bank holiday weekend but she still made the time to make us and our dogs feel welcome. The site is very well maintained and clean. It has two secure dog runs which we made a lot of use of.

The site is close to the main road, which we were aware of when we booked so this isn't impacting my rating. It does get quite loud, and there was one night where there was a loud truck in the layby all night. The host was really apologetic about this even though it's not exactly her fault, and said she's tried to stop it from happening.
We did also have a group of kids kicking a ball into our tent for a whole afternoon, despite asking them 7 times to not kick it at our tent. It was really upsetting our dogs and knocked something over inside our tent. Again this won't impact my rating as it could happen anywhere and it was a busy weekend.
Only one thing I would say is it would be good to have coat hooks in the ladies toilets and more than one in the showers as I had to put stuff on the floor.

Showers were clean and new. Club house was good addition. Small site.

Camping next to a very busy road so noisy at night.

The pitches are great sizes. Fully serviced with grey waste drain water and electric hook ups. The site was well maintained with neat trimmed grass. The showers and toilets were immaculate and well stocked of toilet roll and soap. The lady that greeted us upon arrival was extremely polite and friendly. For all the ones complaining about the road noise, yes the site is in close proximity of the A55 but we didn't find it a problem. It wasn't excessive road noise that some people have complained about. There is a nice enclosed dog exercising area which was also well maintained and clean. A lovely little bar area that was well stocked and opened up at certain times during the evening which was a nice touch to meet other campers. DEFINITELY on our return list. Overall excellent site and excellent hosts. 5 stars from us all the way.

Absolutely nothing

Arrived early and super friendly owner had no issue with this.She opened the bar up for the grand national and walked down to the pitch to check we were OK.Site is beautiful,lots of green open space with lovely views,feels remote but only a 10min drive to town.Close to some stunning beaches and lots of bars,restaurants etc Facilities were spotless,reception area has books&dvds to borrow and the bar looked nice with outside seating,there was a burger van there on our first night but we didn't use it as it was bbq weather.Lots of well behaved dogs on the site and there was a separate field for them to exercise in which kept the main area clean and free for children to run about in.Site was busy when we were there but the noise levels were low and I never had to queue for showers,washing up etc.Perfect chilled out atmosphere.

Everything, it's my 5th year staying here, started off camping, then a trailer tent and now a caravan. The site, facilities and bar are immaculate. Staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

Lovely site, very clean and very well maintained. Staff and fellow campers were all very friendly. Dispite the closeness to the roads, traffic noise was very minimal
We will definitely be camping here again.

People complained about the traffic noise. We where in a tent and its not that bad . Didnt really bother us.
