Location distance from Looe town centre is unfortunately the only positive we had from our stay here!

Pitches too close together, we were located next to the shower block so didn’t sleep at all due to kids running in and out and screaming and the constant hand dryers. Some staff members were rude at times when we were asking simple questions in the bar area about breakfast, but then they would be really nice with other people asking the same question!

The campsite was really well located and for the price they provide a lot of facilities. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the camping pitch was well sized.
The kids enjoyed the disco and play park. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning again.

The pool wasn’t the cleanest and some facilities had a lot of equipment out of order. The food was also a bit hit or miss in terms of quality.

Entertainment at night for the kids was great especially the wizard off oz show . The lion and the wicked witch were excellent actors

The shower block was horrendous, no pressure in the water,took ages to watch the shampoo from my hair felt like I was in an old sports shower block, the grounds felt dirty,

Very clean complex with great amenities for all. Short walk to toilet/shower which was a bonus too.
The Wizard of Oz show which was put on by the team was absolutely fabulous ~ well done guys!

Evening entertainment was good for the kids and bingo was also good. Also the food was ordered and delivered to our table in quick time.
Facilities for men was nice and clean too

Female toilets by our pitch (227) were not up to standard. Numerous women were heard complaining about them

Perfect for our visits to looe either a short drive or bus stop a few minutes walk.

Tencreek is amazing because the staff are friendly, the other campers are also friendly and respectful of eachother. I have been 3 times now with my 3 children aged 5,5 and 14. The showers are clean, the toilets are clean, the shower block is warm and well lit all night. The whole place feels so safe and comfortable. Tencreek is very clean and completely the opposite of how I viewed camping at first, as the last time I camped was in the 80's and really in those times places like Tencreek didnt exist so my previous experience was extremely basic. I had an idea in my mind that camping would still be cold, wet and miserable however after having 2 sons who begged me to take them I gave it a try and decided on tencreek as I have family in Cornwall. We have been hooked ever since and tencreek changed my whole outlook on camping. My biggest "like" of tencreek is the respect everyone has, the camp areas become quiet after dark as families have children and people seem to understand that. There is a great entertainment venue however if quiet is not your thing. For my children their favourite place was the pool and then once swimming was done my 5 year old twins would not stop asking what time can we go to the junior disco which was daily. The food was lovely and I was grateful that the kids we so involved in the children's activities on the dance floor that I actually had some time to sit and watch them from my table. The layout of the events space was perfect as the dance space can be seen from pretty much every table so children had the freedom to have fun safely while the adults could watch on. My children are already asking when we are going camping at twncreek again.... we only left this morning lol

Our stay was only 3 nights and I wanted to stay longer.... the duration was my doing as I had to return back to work but the shortness of our trip was the only thing I disliked

Liked all the facilities available although didn't have the time to do them all or visit the evening entertainment.

Disliked how close the touring pitches were to each other

Stayed here within last two weeks and loved every minute with my 3 boys, toilets and showers very clean, site was safe, every person and staff were very friendly.

Nothing really to dislike
