Overall amazing experience staff was amazing entertainment was spot on the facilities was clean in complex and the surrounding areas was beautiful to visit

Welcoming on arrival, information clear. Site well layer out, with swimming pool, (not used as fully booked when ever we wanted to use) clubhouse was good, with bingo, and evenings entertainment.
Great position for Looe 3min drive, and bus stop 3/5 min walk down lane. Pitch was good size, couldn’t see the sea, without a walk. Sea side on road so got sun all day until about 7:30, went behind tree 😔. Aloud us to stay to 11am for check out so tent was dry to put away.

Info…Narrow lane to park, with trailer could be difficult for some.
Toilet block could have been better. Many locks didn’t work, I wish clearers would sit on toilet as you can see so much! Marks behind doors, cobwebs and dust.
Washing up was just a sink and drainer, no wear to put dirty or clean pots and pans except for outside on grass. Wi-Fi £15 or in clubhouse.

This is a great site, lovely clean facilities, spacious pitches, great entertainment throughout the day. Friendly and relaxed vibe. Will definitely book to go again.

Staff were really nice and really helpful.

Watched Tencreek on Channel 5's "Happy Campers". Was shocked to discover that 50% of the site was made up of permanent private caravans in various states of decay inhabited or not by unsavoury elements of society. Totally mind-blown!
Facilities were tired.

Back home from a two night stay at Tencreek in Looe Cornwall. This was our first camping trip and loved. The site was great especially for our little boy as there was plenty to keep him entertained when the weather wasn’t great.

The facilities were very good. Plenty of toilets and showers with hot running water, which were kept very clean.

Tent pitches were perfectly located close to the toilet blocks and wash facilities.

Staff on site were very pleasant and made you feel welcome.

Plenty going on in the evenings as well from an entertainment point, which we did go to as the weather wasn’t that great so you couldn’t sit outside.

Location was very good with only being a short drive to Looe.

A very friendly welcome to the site and moved from a pitch as the one allocated wasn't suitable . Without any problem . Toilets and club site very clean and tidy . The grounds were very well maintained.

Only the weather . Rain most of the day . But we enjoyed watching the entertainment in the evening .

Only 2 washing dishes facilities for about 30 pitches
With the number of rubbish containers it would be good to have some more recycling facilities. There was only glass recycling.It would be great to offer food and plastic/containers recycling as well for the future.

Archery was only offered for one day of the week. Would be great to have it offered during the weekend as well.

Great location with beach and Looe in walking distance however the walk back up the hill isn’t as easy.
The facilities were clean and the indoor pool nice.
The evening entertainment the children enjoyed.

Could have been some more day time entertainment for children, especially as the weather can change quite dramatically.
