This site is one of the best we've seen in terms of maintenance and facilities. Everything was pristinely clean and well maintained. The site is very level and the grass was the perfect length. There were no boggy spots and the ground was so soft, we barely needed the mallet for our tent pegs. The toilet blocks are also well kept. We even had a handsome pitch neighbour to keep us company, Rufus the alpaca.

The pitches are all very generous in size and are spaced out nicely, with hedges in between for some privacy. The spatial planning is so well thought out.

The owner Joanne is really helpful and accommodating. We were on an end pitch and the electric hookup was a short distance away (in the middle of the row of pitches). She made sure to say that if we needed an extension to let her know. We didn't as our reel was long enough, but it was nice to know.

Get yourself down to Severn Cider (a short drive or walk from the site) for some beautiful cider to chill with, while relaxing on this very peaceful site.

Not really much to dislike about this site in terms of facilities. But, if you are someone who wants/needs WiFi, there isn't any. The is a poor signal for 4G, but that is probably network specific. We had some issue with music streaming but it wasn't something that bothered us too much.

Very spacious pitches. Super quiet and peaceful site with great views. Great, clean facilities. We liked the fresh apple juice too!

Exceptional clean and tidy place. Nice even ground. Lovely and quiet.

Only comment I can think off was one of the blinds in Shepard's hut had a broken cord so could not adjust slats so in morning light was straight in my eyes when in bed.

Beautiful well kept site with nice private generous pitches with hedges seperating the pitches. Very nice and clean showers and toilets inc washing machine wtc lovely lovely place and Joanne is great and very helpful we will be back soon

Nothing to dislike

Set in a peaceful, rural location within walking distance of the Severn, the site has lovely, large, level pitches, many with hedges between giving privacy. The facilities were always kept spotlessly clean by the friendly owner, Joanne.
We would happily return there in the future.

Not a dislike but just to advise there was some noise from aircraft and the nearby railway, mostly noticeable at night. Although we live in the countryside I didn't find it a disturbance but my husband did on some nights.

One of the best laid out sites we have visited, with a very generous sized Pitch. The grounds are really well looked after, Level, and the Facilities are maintained to a high standard, and provide everything you would need. Joanne is a very helpful owner, assisting in any way she can, and providing a really warm welcome.

Unable to Stay Longer, but expect to return in the future.
