Everything. A fabulous, peaceful site in a beautiful part of Wales. Spacious and well looked after pitch with a lovely view of the countryside around. Plenty of space for all our kit and for the kids to play. Great little games area with pool, swing, table tennis and table football and the shower and washing facilities excellent too. The camp owner, Linda is very welcoming and helpful and makes your stay a real pleasure. We would highly recommend this gem of a campsite to either campers or campervanners.

Brilliant little camp site

Simply everything! Quarry Lodge is a little bit of perfection in a hectic world. Linda is the ultimate host! Literally nothing is too much trouble and she's always available for a friendly chat. She also has a wealth of local tips and knowledge that make planning things to do, deciding which beach to visit or finding the best crabbing locations so much easier!

The site is perfectly located so you feel remote and unplugged but just a few miles down the road there's all the shops and modern conveniences you'll ever need. Pitches are level and well drained so setting up (even in torrential rain!) is not arduous. Toilets and showers are immaculately clean at all times and we never queued once.

Around the area you couldn't ask for more places to visit - castles, goldmine, so many beautiful beaches, country houses and the Botanical Gardens to name just a few that we did.

The games room is amazing for children with pool, table football, table tennis, a variety of board games and just as a place where they can go and hang out and make friends. The tyre swing is also a massive hit!! Visiting Buddy the pony was a favourite daily trip for my children. There's a great little dedicated dog walk and longer walks within a stones throw of the campsite. The highlight of our days was the Red Kites and Buzzards who flew over regularly.

Beautiful clean place & owner linda was lovely, welcoming & helpful. It was my first time camping on my own with 2 young boys & I couldn't have picked a better place to go. Loved the games room & tyre swing they kept the boys entertained for hours on end, they had so much fun & we can't wait to come back again soon.

Quiet and peacefull location. Well spaced out camping pitches, nice showers and barn shelter / games area.

Great help and assistance from site owners. Highly recommended.

We all liked the lovely field with the long grass on edges for the wild animals.
There was a horse in his stable yard which the kids loved to visit hike every morning.
And on the bottom in the barn was a rope swing the kids loved and games for everyone to play witch we spent hours on under the shade ping pong pool table and a football table all kids enjoyed AMD never got board.was a pub just at the bottom of the hill witch was a lovely walk down for pub lunch and a drink after the evening had finished too cool off.

lovely welcome on entering site by owners very helpfull good small site only snag was our awning on camper van was on a tilt and on half gravel half of a small pitch would defiantly use again on a bonus side we bought some duck eggs they were lovely

The hosts are so friendly and helpful.
Free herbs, fire pits and games room. Loads of hot water and plenty of space.
