A wonderful site and very well kept I arrived about 2 pm and not long after Linda turned up with maps and places to go I was on my own with 2 little dogs Linda was very chatty and I asked Linda about a bus to Carmarthen next day Linda’s reply was I will be going into town 8.30 in the morning if I’d like a lift she would pick me up and the dogs which was all very good because I only just met her Linda was on time next morning and she dropped me off at the bus station and Linda said if I had a problem getting back to give her a ring and she would pick me up how very kind of her I stayed 3 nights lovely dog walk all nice and short grass I really enjoyed staying here very nice homely people and nice clean toilets and shower I will definitely stay again

Absolutely everything. Linda & Rob the perfect hosts. Very well kept small quiet site with everything you need. Beautiful scenery & wildlife with on site walks. Everything clean & tidy. Will definitely be retuning.

Small site but very spacious pitches , Linda was lovely and friendly. Peaceful campsite with views over the hills.
No WiFi but that's how I like my camping trips . Hot showers and toilets . Everything you need

Wow, that was our first thought when we pulled into Quarry lodge camping, lovely clean well kept site but still natural with abundance of plants and wild flowers in hedgerows and all around the site, toilets and shower facilities spotless as was the little washing up area, there were books and dvds to borrow in the bit where sink was, dog bags, shaver plug, first aid kit and even a tin opener all those little things you forget. A few tourist information leaflets and bus timetable etc also there. Also some gorgeous freshly laid eggs for sale with honesty pot, outside shower block was a box with herbs growing that you could use. There was also recycling area, bins, drinking water and chemical disposal point for caravan toilets.
After booking we received a lovely email from Linda who owns the site with a map showing us how to get to them from the main road and layout of camping ground, also instructions if noone was around just find our name on pitch and set up then settle bill later.
When we arrived Linda was out cutting the grass so she came over to see us, told us alot of useful information about the site and the area, local cafes and attractions and gave us a tourist map, she was so friendly and when she told us she was going to collect eggs i said i would love 1/2 a dozen so she brought them straight to caravan. We spoke to her a number of times on our visit alway had time for a chat and gave us a brilliant suggestion for a walk in nearby Llansteffan which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. It is one of nicest sites we have ever stayed at only noises we heard was bird song in the morning, so peaceful with amazing views we are booking to go monthly for the rest of summer as its within an hour of home and we both loved it so much.

Excellent site with an extremely engaging, helpful and pleasant host. Lots to do in the area, beautiful location, quiet very well kept site with a games room for the kids and adults to enjoy. The best site we have had the pleasure to enjoy.
