Liked: This site is perfect for a quiet holiday, the children all congregate at the park and are perfectly safe.
There is a really friendly atmosphere.
Ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of a "mainstream" site.
The owners never stop and the site is immaculate at all times.
Nothing is a bother for the owners and we have booked again for next year.Disliked: –

Liked: A brilliant campsite, nice layout, clean facilities with friendly and helpful owners. The campsite had a quiet time rule after 9pm and people adhered to the rules. We were able to get a peaceful night sleep despite it being a family friendly campsite. We also really loved the pop up food vendors which gave us a break from cooking. We will definitely be returning!
Disliked: It's not really a dislike but the kids games room could have a little more on offer

Liked: Staff were really welcoming, site was clean tidy and lovely size. The kids loved the play area in middle of main camping field.
The various food stalls that come over the course of the week are great.

Liked: We loved it. From the moment we arrived until the sad moment we left. The owners were lovely and helpful. We arrived on our motorbike and although we were too early (because we’d overestimated traffic), we were able to leave our panniers and top box so that we could use the day and visit somewhere. The campsite was very well manicured and quiet. Reminded me of the campsites my parents took me to as a child. A very welcome mobile coffee seller came in the morning to sell fresh ground coffee and croissants. The bell tent was perfect, very comfortable and warm with Plenty of ventilation options. Toilets, showers, wash basins etc we’re clean and modern. I rate Mena farm as one of my favourites and would definitely return. The toilet and shower cubicles were lockable and fully enclosed. A very safe and happy environment for everyone. Many thanks to Mena Farm

We do advertise clearly on Pitchup that our facilities are unisex, as it makes it much easier for families at shower time, but appreciate that they're not to everyone's liking. Liked: Great site and very friendly owners. Stayed open late when we got stuck in traffic. Our gas ran out on the last night and lent us a small stove and gas. Very grateful. Lovely site, nice and quiet. Lovely walk on the fields to see the pigs and chickens. Gorgeous pond. Clean facilities. Perfect in every sense.

Liked: Such a wonderful place to stay clean showers toilets.. very helpful and friendly loved spending some time with the pigs watching the sunset together. Amazing sunrise too thoroughly enjoyed the stay surrounded by pleasant people
