Liked: The welcome and the little shop. Facilities were basic, functional and clean. Well kept site.
Disliked: Pitches seemed so close that it felt cramped. Didn't realise it was immediately behind the Llandow Circuit. No where to walk the dog safely.

Liked: Clean, friendly and quiet. Facilities were spotless. Everything in the campsite that you need-shop, reception, shower and toilet block with hot water, laundry facilities and dishwashing area.
Disliked: Not much around walking distance.

Dogs barking constantly all day and most of night nothing was said only stayed 4 nights booked 7 would not stay again

Liked: Peaceful site and friendly staff who checked us in. Shop which was in the office was open during the day. Very efficient. Shower block a bit dated but clean and showers were free. A massive site which seemed like most of the caravans weren't occupied on the rainy days we were there so could be noisier in better weather but was lovely and peaceful for us. Toilet emptying area was under cover and a good height
Disliked: A 20 minute walk to the nearest pub which would be fine in good weather not so good in the storm !
Nice clean site, with clean facilities would stay here again.

We are all really disappointed to read this review here. Unfortunately, none of these issues were raised with my staff during your stay so we weren't given a chance to address them before you left. As you say, my staff are lovely and I am sure they would have done all they could have to help.
We have not been aware of any issues with drains overflowing during your stay or since. I can only guess you were emptying at the wrong drain (the runaway underneath the water taps maybe?). We have designated areas for disposing of waste water.
Also, I am not sure about the dogs barking as it is not something we tolerate here and is not something we were aware of.
During your stay there was horrendous weather here - we assumed you left early for this reason.
Really sorry you had a bad experience.
