Toilets/showers clean. Nice big open space.

Electric hook up kept going off. Watched the owner moving plugs around the generator to keep it from being overloaded one night. Woke up to find She had unplugged ours and we had no electricity all night.

The positioning of campsite, 5minutes from Bala lake.. 20 minute drive from Barmouth. This campsite does what it says on the tin, stunning views.. greeted by friendly staff and reasonably priced

Decent showers and toilets which were really clean. Great location and friendly staff. Logs and fires available at a reasonable price.

Electric generator was slightly noisy but can’t be helped.

Great location, stunning views, friendly people. We had an amazing time there.

The camping field was lovely, even after rain it drained quickly.

Only one sink with cold water for washing up. This was so hard as no hot water to wash up after bacon and sausages!

Electric was from a generator, in the centre of the field....told to pitch up anywhere in the middle and hook up to one of the makeshift points. We went to get fish and chips and cane back to chaos. Tents piled on top of each other...less than a foot apart guide lines crossed everywhere no space to walk between tents. Large groups of families and freinds gathered together (which is lovely) but having a party tent with disco lights, loud music the whole site can hear until 2am in the morning...drunks shouting and cars driving around. Saturday night was worse.

Toilets, 3 in the main block, kept clean but still smelly and only one sink for everyone to wash hands brush teeth etc. Showers hot, kept as clean as possible but very damp and nowhere dry to store clothes so everything was soaked. No doors on mens urinals and only 1 mens toilet.
Other portaloos scattered around and very smelly. Some toilets at thr bottom that someone got locked in for over 2 hours.
At night camp fires everywhere which again is nice, but with so many the smoke was unbearable. None of the rules were enforced, no fire safety measures. Very boggy in places, if a lot of rain then you'd be stuck. Generator switched on and off all day and night, at one point campers were trying to fix it. Also quite noisy. My 8 year old son was scared to sleep because of the shouting and dogs barking all night. We left a night early.
