Liked: Lovely location, good size pitches, and peaceful. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice little convenience store near by that is walkable. Excellent cycle routes. Earlier check in than most and reception hours very good.

Disliked: There’s a curfew on when you can drive cars through the camp site (2300-0700), but absolutely nothing to stop people making noise all night.
The bar stays open longer than you can drive through the campsite. We stayed for 3 nights and barely slept due to people making loads of noise all night.
Would never go back to this camp site.
Also states it’s minutes from the beach and lake. It’s a 20 minute drive from the beach and 15 minuet drive from the lake.
No bike hire near by.

We are very sorry to read that you didn't like to stay at the campsite. We have to tell you we are very surprised because a lot of information you give in your comment are wrong. Firstly you were sleeping in the middle of the campsite, very far away from the bar and there are not animations every evening so this is not a problem normaly. Secondly, we watch the campsite by night but infortunately we are not responsible for the lack of respect of people around your pitch. Thirdly, the ocean is at 20 minutes from the campsite by car but the lake is only at 5 minutes (even less) by car (and not 15min). Finaly, we propose bikes to rent into the campsite, but we didn't saw you at the reception, you had never come to ask for bikes or to tell us for the noise.
