We are so saddened to receive such a negative review.

We would have welcomed the opportunity to have met and chatted with you in reception during the 7 days you were with us. If we had been aware that you were unhappy with your pitch we would have been more than happy to move you to a different pitch.

Our washrooms are deep cleaned every day with supplementary cleans in between so I'm struggling to understand your comments. The majority of our guests compliment us on the cleanliness of our washrooms as you can see from previous reviews and feedback.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us at Briarfields and we would like to wish you many happy camping days elsewhere in the future.
