Liked: The location of the site is perfect for visiting both Cheltenham and Gloucester (94 & 94X bus routes).
The site itself, is very clean and well run, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early, but they let us park up in the car park of the motel, adjacent to the site, until the designated arrival time of 13:00. The facilities (toilets etc) were very clean and well presented.Disliked: The site is close to the A40, and from time to time there was a bit of road noise.

Liked: Terrific pitches that were well laid out and many hedged around to allow privacy. Showers and toilets clean and tidy and kept that way. Friendly and helpful staff and close to a bus stop so you don't have to drive. We enjoyed it so much we plan to return.
Disliked: A bit of noise from landing aircraft during the day that didn't bother us and flights stopped early evening.

Liked: Lovely warm welcome from staff on arrival. Adults only and dogs too. Large spacious pitches, with developing hedges around perimeter. Fully serviced facilities, so useful not having to fetch /dispose of water. Showers and toilets were some of the best we have ever encountered! Didn’t use laundry but this had everything, including a selection of books, board games and lots of useful information. The lovely grounds which were well manicured , including an orchard and bee hives, and of course the ornamental characters to spot as you walked around. Automated barrier ensured good security at all times. Regular bus services outside entrance, we used these to travel around very cheaply. This site offers a very convenient stop over point too if travelling on long motorway journeys.
It was very warm during our visit- ice creams and lollies sold in reception! Plenty of supermarkets around the area to choose from. Would even consider using the motel services if visiting again, these were also in grounds and serviced regularly.Disliked: It wasn’t a real dislike but an observation - but the traffic noise,( proximity of roads, light aircraft from airport and nearby emergency services ) might be an issue for some visitors -but there is nothing the site can do about this! They have lots of trees along perimeter to shield the site as much as possible.

Liked: A really lovely site, most of the individual pitches had a hedge around to offer a little privacy if wanted. Facilities, including toilets and showers were first rate, plenty of well maintained and clean disposal points available and the whole site was secure with barrier entry and numberplate recognition. People on reception were friendly and there was plenty of information regarding local walks and history in both Cheltenham and Gloucester. A bus stop with a regular service just outside the gate for those of us who would rather use public transport into the city's.
There was very little we didn't like about this site and we will definitely return.
Disliked: The only minus point if it really bothered you could be said the traffic noise and the light aircraft landing at nearby Gloucester airport, we didn't find it a problem and the aircraft noise stopped early evening anyway.
