Lay out, facilities, bar, food all very good.

Lacked welcoming feel on arrival.
Not enough toilets considering number of people on site.

Friendly quiet park with excellent toilet/shower block. Nice bar with good food. Young kids were never bored when we were on park, they played ball games with other kids and used the playground and games room. There are lots of great places reachable from the site, Pensthrope is just around the corner and if you travel a little further there are plenty of beach options, seaside towns and Wroxham for boat trips, Wroxham Barns and Bewilderwood.

During the summer holidays it would make sense to have the bar open every evening and even during the day. Ordering food was a pain as they wanted it ordered before the bar opened at 5:30, so you had to plan ahead which isn't the easiest with kids. I'm sure they would make a profit from it. And put some bird food in the feeders. :)

As there were only 2 and used frequently, it would be a good idea to have automatic air fresheners fixed to the walls.

Cleanliness, helpfulness, pleasant welcoming attitude, facilities, size of pitch - all of it!

Not really disliked anything, just niggles
Only one place to empty grey waste & it was a very small drain at the entrance to the site, felt bad that the water was all over the road
Showers in the block at far end of site not really big enough as clothes etc got wet from spray
Not sure why the bar isn't open every night in the summer when the site is full(maybe staffing problems), they could have made a fortune from sales as it was very popular & the food was lovely

My husband and I was very impressed with the site lovely setting clean really clean and well kept , shower blocks was really clean warm , music was a very nice touch , all staff was very helpful . We will bring going back with children and grandchildren

Nothing

As always the staff were lovely and friendly. We were impressed with the constant maintaining of the grounds and facilities.

We dined in Barney's one night and the food surpassed expectations, compliment to the chef.

We stayed camping for 5 nights whilst family used a cottage onsite, it was the best of both worlds.

We were impressed with the updating of the games area, though feel the pool table would have been best in the new side - for space (you also need a new pool cue or two) but overall lovely to have this games option available essentially free of charge!

I also liked the fact they had a few picnic tables available around the campsite for people to use!
