Good sized pitches , plenty to entertain the kids 4*

Very spacious plots not too close together and toilets and washrooms very well kept even had a bath

Shower was not the best but the pitch was clean didn’t really like the show bar entertainment

Large site with lots to do on it. Easy reach to skegness front and fantasy island. Toilet blocks were good and clean. Handy laundrette by touring pitches also. Overall facilities good.

Placed on the curve of the touring pitches site near the raises banks which wasn't the best as this had been cut with nettle cutting and clumps of grass on pitch where awning sat. People walking up and down bank as a short cut to facilities near to pitch. Grass in poor condition. No privacy between pitch spots and a number of bits of litter left lying about during our weekend stay that no park attendances cleared away so we did ourselves. If stayed again would ask not to be placed in this spot.

The site would be nice if it was clean, the staff were less than helpful!!!

We have just come home from our stay at South View holiday park in Skegness. We have our own caravan thankfully so could be thankful for that. The park was disgusting along with the facilities. the pool was gritty all over the bottom of the pool, the pool was packed too many people in there health and safety totally out of the window.!! we spoke with a lifeguard and he said that's just how the pool is, but I'm pretty certain that is not the case. the toilet for the touring caravans were the filthiest we've ever seen, we've stayed on many sites over the last 10years this even wild camping and trust me the hygiene has been 1000 times better than South View. it has totally put me off ever booking with park Dean again. the showers were the same with locked drains and the worst stench ever!!! the mens toilets had faeces smeared all over the walls and seats and blocked toilets. the shower in the family bathroom didn't work properly and the ladies toilets and showers smelt of rotten eggs and faeces absolutely vile!! they were cleaned once during our four night stay. where you collected your water was disgusting and people were emptying there toilet waste into the drain under the fresh water supply. we reported this to reception to be told there were signs there to stop this. no offer of coming to clean the area. The park had litter which had also been thrown into the pond with the wildlife. totally unacceptable. we will never be touring there again. People not encouraged to pick up there dog poo so again that was on paths and on grass areas where children play!!!!

I'm disgusted at the way we were treated on site. going to reception to try and sort the problems to be told that there are signs or that's how it is is totally unacceptable. I will be posting a totally honest review for all to see. the campsite was very busy and I'm sure you wish to keep it that way. the site would be superb if the cleanliness was improved by a mile!!!

Bar and club were ok

Water taps area, and elson area was at was very dirty and not fit for purpose, it was the worst one we had ever seen

That there was a bus that took you in to town

Shower a toilet block as never been cleaned in year thick grime every were very bad . An swimming I had to book time but no one ask name when we went an there was for to many people in pool all you could do is stand there
