I am disabled and asked to be close to the amenities and I was, I couldn’t have been any closer it made my stay even better, the toilets were very good and cleaned every morning there is everything you need, from water / waste to showers and plenty of toilets. The hard standings are perfect for touring caravans and motorhomes the pool and shopping was a walk away but you can’t have everything, the boathouse food was good and had specials every day.
I will be returning to this site.

The only negative thing was my pitch didn’t have an electric plug in it, and had to go round a load of trees to find one to plug into other than that there was no dislikes

Well kept grounds, lovely large hardstanding pitches, very polite staff, had a walk around the facilities, swimming pool lovely and warm, plenty for children to do, will be staying again

Showers are just the right temperature but have to keep your hand on the button for the water as it only stays on for several seconds making it difficult to wash with one hand

All off it great for all the family very helpfull staff

Could do with more than one baby changing facility in the entertainments complex. Had to wait for a wheelchair user to finish in the disabled toilet which took a while so my daughter missed some of the show and badly needed her nappy changing. :)
