This has been 1 of the most worst holidays I have ever been on I booked this a couple of months back i travelled nearly 200 miles and when I got there first 2 days it was OK but after the 2nd day they refused me from the park and asked me to leave ive never felt so much embarrassed and upset they were saying I've breached the terms and conditions when I asked them why is this happening they said I was apart of a irish gypsy traveller group and I need to leave the park as soon as possible park Dean holiday company is 100 percent eracist against irish travellers and im not even a traveller I am irish but put me down as a irish traveller this company should be a shamed of there selfs and I highly recommend people be very carefull booking into this holiday park they ruined my family holiday this is 100 percent discrimination and I hope these traveller brings yee to court for being discrimination against travellers

Dirty and cold showers. Pitch smelt of urine on the grass. Showers cold snd dirty. Kick of locks on shower doors. Unable to access entertainment due to lack of seats.

The entertainment

The facilities, we have stayed before as a touring customer and enjoyed our stay, so we decided to return for 2 weeks, the touring facilities were disgusting, both male and female, toilet roll that were soggy, floors were disgusting, toilets never flushes properly, there were urine, and worse on the floors constantly, walls stained and looks horrific. Further more the facilities for emptying the chemical toilet were really bad, The tap in the middle of the wall at a long arm reach so you have to break your back bent over it, and the tray is not deep enough so it splashes back, the metal pipe to the tap was split so was constantly spraying out, we did not want to use the caravan facilities as you pay to use the on site ones, but I could not bring myself to shower or use the toilets due to the state of them, and struggled to empty the the chemical toilet Due to the burst pipe before the tap, no extension pipe to Rince out the cassette and the flat empty tray which causes splash back. The touring site is a huge let down to the rest of the very much appealing site, we explored the rest or the site, show bar, pool and was lovely, but the touring sit facilities needs an urgent refurbishment

I was there first time with kids and I’m very positive surprised there is everything what you need for holiday.
You can plan good exercise day with kids and for evening you can go to show to bar on site.Everything is as should be.I will return on side in 2 weeks thank you
