Liked: Lovely welcome, very helpful owner. Well maintained, secure site with good facilities. Good access to walking/dog walking and a great pub next door with excellent food.
Disliked: Difficult to manoeuvre into lovely level gravel pitch without cutting a corner on grass which no self respecting campervan driver wants to do in the winter

Liked: Clean tidy site, friendly owners. Nearby woodland walks. Close to Ashby de la Zouch and the National Arboretum. The owners are making a number of improvements
Disliked: £1 charge for 5 minute shower could be difficult for a family. No area for emptying onboard grey water tank, but I'm sure this will happen soon as there are new hard standing pitches for motorhomes this year.
Nothing the site can do but there is quite a lot of aircraft noise.

Liked: 25 minutes from NEC, 10 minutes from M42, roomy gravel pitches, easy access, nice pub/restaurant next door, small friendly site.

This guest arrived 2.5 hours after last check in at 7pm was quiet rude and could not understand why I was not at reception to meet her I had family visiting when I told her last check in was 7pm but I would come and let her in she just scoffed at me
