The site being so close to the beach.

Ground so uneven,we couldn't get the van level. Lack of personal touch. No greetings or contact with staff. Facilities need a refresh.

Great location, good price and the shop was well stocked. It was weird not having to check in!

Facilities block could do with a revamp or at least a deep clean. Dirty grouting in the showers and don't look up if you don't like spiders!
Being forced to pitch in a specific way meant all the electric pitches were more dirt (or mud, after the rain!) than grass.
Most pitches were on quite a slope, even with blocks we couldn't get our campervan level.

Great location, short stroll to beach, access to hike golden cap hill, stunning surrounds, good quality facilities.

Bit of a walk from big berries to.shower block and dish wash station. Told toilet block in middle of field was new this year.

Facilities were great. Nice and quiet on the site because everyone stuck to the rules. Fantastic location. Onsite shop is very good.

I know the Anchor Inn isn't part of the camp site but they could do with more options on their food menu.

Clean and very good facilities

The toilet block in Big Berries was abused by some - despite regular cleaning by polite staff - there is a need to make clear that the sinks are for hand washing and NOT for emptying buckets used for urine overnight

Great location, clean and accessible facilities. We liked it so much that this is our second stay this month.

When arriving at the barrier to big berries, the barrier would not operate and recognise our plate. I rang both numbers and eventually got hold of someone who told me to go to reception. Being a Sunday, reception was closed and went to the Spar to be told to ring the numbers and go to reception! Eventually someone came and walked up to the barrier and when we got there, she over rode it to let us in.
