Location, facilities, staff, cleanliness. Faultless. Beautiful place, been coming here for the last three years and will be returning. The Log Cabin is something else. Tranquil out looking the river and woodland.

Beautiful views and good facilities on site. The resident peacock family were lovely and very tame.

The grass for tent pitches needs more regular cutting. Toilets needed more regular cleaning too.

Good kitchen/ cooking and toilet facilities, and spacious pitches. Nice quiet spot. Wi-Fi in the communal room. Close to Keswick.

Toilets and bins could have been slightly cleaner. They weren’t too bad but they weren’t cleaned and emptied everyday. (We were there 3 days. So some bins were full to the brim. The toilet floor had been mopped but sinks and toilets weren’t wiped down so this was my only gripe tbh. But is a working farm so I understand they’re busy.

Quite location with good access from main roads & provided a well kept site with amazing views of Blencathra & surrounding fells.
Facilities were exceptionally maintained & had communal area with WiFi, seating & appliances for use.
Troutbeck Inn (Local pub) 20 mins walk with great choice of food & drink, reasonably priced.

Absolutely loved this site and the owners. Perfect distance to Keswick and even go outdoors for pegs the Mrs forgot! 😂

Coffee shop near, pub closer! Plunge pool for the kids on site.

Great facilities, lovely showers, very (very) clean, nice area. Very accomodating of our late arrival when we got caught out in traffic.

Lovely family night away in the camper van, beautiful scenery and the facilities were brilliant. Shame we had rain so could not have the fire pit on but still lovely all the same.

A beautiful site with great sized pitches and stunning views. A really friendly and informative welcome from the team. The site facilities are excellent. A fantastic base to explore the north of the lake district. There is also a brilliant local pub that serves really good hearty food, that is perfect after a good days walking.

Lovely campsite with great facilities and a stunning view!! Only a quick trip for us as had a child free weekend but absolutely cannot fault the place.

We loved the views from our spot on the site, the fire pit rental was great (and reasonably priced) the toilets were always clean and all the grounds were very well looked after
