Disliked Little Jack rustle running around freely and keep running upto our dog and our dog is a very nervous dog so didnt take to well

We’re really sorry this happened - had we known at the time, we would have done our best to step in and help manage the situation to avoid any discomfort for your dog. Although the Jack Russell isn’t our dog, our own dogs do sometimes roam freely when we’re around, as we’re fortunate to be in a setting where dogs can enjoy that freedom. As a dog-friendly site, there may often be dogs around, but we completely understand that this isn’t ideal for every dog, especially those who are more nervous. We’re sorry again for any stress this may have caused and do hope you enjoyed your stay still.
