Paddock primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Super friendly and very helpful! We were checked up on during our stay to ensure everything was Ok, and when I had an issue with my tent it was easy to phone someone for help (I ended up hiring a bell tent as mine was unsalvageable!). Everything was very clean. Only two female and two male toilets for the whole campsite which concerned me but wasn’t actually an issue. Lovely country spot, nice walk to the pub.
Disliked We would recommend that you put up some signs “This Is A Quiet Site - no ball games or music before 8am or after 8pm”…..

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Very friendly host with his little dog FlipFlop. Nice flat field to pitch up. Lots of walks and pubs nearby. Quiet.
Disliked Only 3 toilets and 1 shower to accommodate 30 tents. They are clean but over subscribed.

From the manager: Hi Helen, thanks for the feedback and the lovely comments, we will aim to have more toilets, we do have two showers but maybe we need to signpost these as others have also commented on just one shower but honestly we do have two! :) hope to see you again soon.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked What a fabulous 3 nights we had. The first evening was only two of us in the whole campsite with rain and 29mph winds, but Alan and Ruth took time to ensure we pitched in the right place and had everything we needed. Quiet, safe, clean farm with 3 toilets, bath, shower, washing station and an Alexa in the toilet (!) , wallabies, an emu and two super cute tame alpacas walking around (Splinter and Jess). Free firewood and firepit. Free tractor rides. Climbing frame, zip wire, slide for the children. A very lovely farm
Disliked …. please can you add hanging hooks onto the back of the toilet doors for coats and hats (that’s all I can think of, but would be very useful!)
