Liked The recption and play areas were as advertised but we didn’t see the rest as the pitch offered was basically on the hard shoulder of a dual carriage way.
If you find the section on here that says important information and then scroll right to the bottom of the list, it does say it’s next to a road which means they don’t have to offer you a refund.
The staff are clearly used to people turning up and being heavily disappointed as they weren’t even apologetic or surprised. We left and found a beautiful quiet campsite elsewhere.
Disliked Location and customer service.

Liked It’s a really chilled out campsite with a great playground in the middle for the kids to all play on. You can see the sea and some goat stroll around every now and then. You walk to the beach via a bridle way or the road, it is a bit of hill so young kids (4 year olds) were fine in the walk down but it was piggy back on way home. We took the van and parked at the NT car park following day. Felt welcome with the dog.
Disliked Showers weren’t the greatest - no cubicle area for dressing and they were cold air temperature wise but really hot water wise. Too hot for the kids. Discovered the disabled shower on the last day which had a baby change and you could control the temperature.

Liked Friendly and super helpful reception. I’d accidentally booked no electric hook up on a busy bank holiday weekend and he still manages to get us sorted with electric.
Facilities are immaculate, play facilities and pools are lovely and well kept. Lovely site.
There’s a really cool ww2 museum for a bloc house and rocket launching place about 20 mins walk and a lovely forest to walk the dog in as well.

Liked The welcoming chickens were a great touch and then next to the chicken pen is a little sandpit with toys that kept our 3 year entertained. Very welcoming good facilities

Liked Really lovely friendly atmosphere. Roomy pitches and sparkling clean facilities.
Disliked Check in was unnecessarily complicated and the playground was in need of replacing really and was part of the reason we booked, but it did the job and kept our two year old entertained.

Liked Nice atmosphere and friendly owner.
Disliked Shower knob was a plastic pipe fitting and if you don’t have strong fingers or you have any joint issues you’ll need someone to help turn it off.
