Liked Always a good stay . Great location for my visits to the Airshow next door.Good food and drink at pub .

Disliked The facilities are good ,but other site uses should tidy up after themselves .

Liked Easy to access , plenty of space and all the facilities i need , Convenient for Heritage centre and good pub . Good choice of beers and cider , meals very good .

For future guests, we’d like to clarify that our campsite is a traditional rural grass site, and we advise all guests before booking that the ground is naturally uneven in places. Our shared toilet and shower facilities are cleaned and restocked daily, and we also provide mops, cleaning products and notices asking guests to help keep the facilities tidy between cleans, as a small number of inconsiderate users can unfortunately affect them very quickly.

Liked This a very good site ideal for visits to the aviation museum next door . The facilities were all good . The pub is excellent with a good range of beers . Although I did not have any food this time , the food looked very good . Staff were good . Recommend .

Liked The site is great and close to Lincolnshire aviation centre . Had booked for 4 nights however the weather forecast was so bad I did not bother going , The airshow went ahead although there was no flying displays so I saved my petrol money travelling from Cheshire. Will be booking for a few visits again next year .

Liked Should have trusted the sat nav . Only way to proceed there is via Shrewsbury . Could do with better signage at site entrance on the main road . Also could do with a tidy up at site entrance ,does not look very inviting .But once over that there was a large area to choose to pitch up . Ground is uneven so you do have to search for a level area . The toilet facilities were very clean , so owner makes a good effort . I booked for two nights at a very reasonable price , but only stayed one night as site was further away from where I was visiting to make it worth while returning .Nice pub not far away ,maybe 1 1/2 mile . Good area for walkers ,

Liked Just straight forward , no fuss . Was sent pitch details along with codes for gate and toilet block . Very close to Lincolnshire Aviation centre . Nice pub and now has a local shop opposite pub ideal.

Disliked The shower floor was sloping so water did not drain away . Made it a little awkward to dress without get trousers wet . Could have done with a duck board .

Liked Was a good site , well laid out . Everything was clean and tidy . Great location for the East Kirby Aviation Centre 200 yard walk . Nearest cash point is Spilsby so make sure you carry some cash .
