Absolutely love this adult only site. Relaxing peaceful and very friendly.
Great place on site to have a drink and meal at very reasonable prices.
This is our second visit and we will be booking again for this year.

Could of done with maybe a pub a bit nearer to walk to

Big plots, easy access to all which was a plus as our first outing in our new to us caravan. Warm welcome friendly and helpful people. Clean and warm shower block nice local walks.

The layout and individual plot spaces of the site is amazing. We loved the location, the tranquility of the site and the well kept, well thought out, facilities. The shower cubicles were especially nice with sink, mirror, hooks and a toilet all within the cubicle itself, so no need to keep switching areas to complete the job!
The choice and variety of plots just spoils you. Near the facilities/restaurant or up on the bank for some impressive views and total peace and quiet.
Really, this is a very upmarket site, but one that you will find hard not to like.
If you have dogs, or just like walking you have a major network of trails on the doorstep. Any Geocachers will also enjoy the Piggerly Peramble and Golfers have a first class club literally adjoining the site boundaries.

Not so much a dislike as a slight inconvenience if you need to stay connected is that the sites wi-fi is a bit hit n miss. We are on O2 and at the bottom of the site there is little reception. However, if you pick a plot up on the top of the site you will get a much better signal.

Quiet, friendly, clean, the restaurant was closed early but we managed to get in there just before it did. Second time staying here but first in the restaurant which was a treat!
Walked to the pub straight up the fields and through some public footpaths only about 20 min walk! Nice walk around the lake… we weren’t there for fishing but was nice to have an evening stroll around it. If you just want to relax and not do anything, but eat and drink, this is your place.

Nothing to dislike… not a criticism but I would love to see a little off lead dog area. There were pretty much dogs on every pitch and they have to be on lead around the site, the adjacent field etc. An enclosed dog area would make this one of my top sites ! Oh and the WiFi was not great but it kept me off my phone so not a bad thing!!
