Disliked: Would have given 5 stars but only one toilet for ladies and one shower for all. But will be brilliant when they get the new amenities block built

Liked: Nice little site, well maintained and clean small toliet block with shower but enough. we only stayed for one night it was lovely, reasonable priced to, and close enough to drive into Bridlington for the day
Disliked: My only dislike was no where for the kids to play no bit of grass or field etc and was a little worried about them playing where they was as close to cars and caravans etc but nothing major as we was only there for the night.

Liked: Great site - Well looked after facilities & pitch sizes - Owner greeted us & showed us to our spot. We are a roof tent & Awning, so plenty of space was available . Quite mostly caravan & van site, close to the coast or for a walk to the pub in Skipsea, or a little further for Mr Moos for ice cream ! Perfect
Disliked: Some road noise - But we are a tent .. so to be expected! But it’s no drama, when ya up early any way!
Not much for little-ies, ours are teens.. But little to no phone signal meant they had to put down the tech!! Which was great 😊 (not sure if that was WiFi but didn’t want it!)

Liked: Flat site with level hardstanding, and additional hardstanding pitches being put in the day we arrived. The owners are lovely, friendly and extremely helpful - quickly resolved our battery issue! There is a small toilet and shower block which we found ideal for our needs - it is not a huge site. We don't have children and didn't see any there during our one nights stay so we couldn't really judge on site's suitability for children 🙂

No lights on pitches.
The price should have been reduced until site is finished
It does state on pitchup that a torch will be needed at night.
Most of our guests like the fact that it is dark at night.
Toilet and shower block is cleaned every day 2-3 times a day, it was november when you visited so may have been a little cold in there unfortunately but the shower is nice and hot and free.
The location you were placed was in the large part of the site that is completed, the area that was not finished when you were here was the other end of the site and did not obstruct or cause any nuisance to yourself.

As you stated you were going to leave me a bad review due to not being given a refund for the last 2 nights of your stay. If you wanted a site that was directly in a town or village i would recommend to read the description on pitchup before you book another site in future, as ours does state we are a rural area but you can walk to the pub, shop and cliff tops etc.
