Central location to Bridlington, Hornsea, Skirlington

Shower basic and only one, but it’s on the radar for refurbishment/replacement, so fair play

As it was my first time camping and not able to do a try out pitching the tent before hand, I just wanted a small site for a couple of days. Nice little site.
Mary the site warden was very helpful and kept the site well maintained.
It was very peaceful, just a little noise from the road through the night, it didn't bother me but if you are sensitive to noise then take some earplugs .
Good size pitch and level
Not too far from Hornsea, Bridlington or Hull if you wanted a trip out.
There is WiFi that is payable, I didn't need it so can't say how good it is.

The shower block is dated but they have plans to upgrade.
No hot water in the washing up area.
I would have liked and found useful a freezer for my ice blocks, especially as the weather was so hot.

Mary, the warden, very welcoming. explained the site and how they now have planning for new loo block, which is much needed as old one tired but very clean. lovely corner pitch , quiet site really enjoyed

How clean and well run it was. Dark skies for star gazing beautiful. Pub round corner very reasonable price and food was outstanding.

Nice site well looked after plenty of water and electric points , a bit of road noise but to be fair never bothered me

The toilet block is to be updated sometime and it does need improving . Though they were always clean and ok . The one unisex shower is outdated but as most vans use there own it was not a problem

Lovely little site. Stayed for a quick weekend break but made to feel welcome but left to our own space. Close for walk into skipsea pub! And “skirly” market. cannot comment on facilities as always just use our caravan but looked basic. Will no doubt book again for a quick break.

Lovely clean site people very nice and helpful bit noisey because being next to a main road but not there fault

Toilets need to be updated soon that’s only thing that let’s the site down other than that it’s a lovely site

Greeted by lovely Mary once we rang to get in gate, took us to our plot it was huge loved the space we had. Those who are permanently on site are lovely folk all telling us where best places to go etc lovely and quiet on a night 10 mins in different directions to different places definitely be back.

A few wasps about and only 1 toilet and shower but think they are upgrading it soon but wasn't too much of a bother.

Great atmosphere, quiet pitch no trouble, people that own/ manage it very friendly and helpful!

Toilets not too great but are having a new block put in.
Wasps couldn’t escape them!
