There's a lot to like about this site. The bad reviews are generally unjustified. The location is great. Easy access to the beach and to Tenby by bus or bike. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes from the site and it takes you through some beautiful sand dunes and the golf course. The review about the rifle range is misleading. It's inactive and has been for years. The bathrooms are functional and clean. Washing up facilities are practical and well-located across the site. The site has a slope to it but the staff were swift to help us find some levelling ramps. It's a great site if you have a bike - the national route 4 takes you into Tenby via cycle lanes or there is a costal path that you can ride along which takes about 7 minutes to get to Tenby's south beach avoiding all the hills! Overall, we really liked this quite and well-run site. The views were beautiful and we'll probably go back if we were in that part of wales again.

Nothing for children to do especially - no park or anything of that nature. It would have just been nice to have somewhere for the children to meet up. The wifi isn't free, which in this day and age feels a bit antiquated.

The ideal campsite for walking into Tenby either along the beach or the path next to the golf club.
The hard working staff especially Kevin who put in endless hours in to provide a good service and experience!

Tidy site, grass kept short and neat.

Dated facilities, in need of some modernisation. The showers were hard to regulate, also the taps in the washing up area were faulty. The mops in the showers were dirty and didn’t clean or dry the floor.
Biggest dislike, nothing to do with the site or its management, was people not tidying up after themselves, paper towels and toilet paper left on floors and sinks, a big bin was provided. Or flushing the loo, why wouldn’t you??

Plenty of hot water and good pressure in showers. Clean and plentiful toilet/shower blocks.
Walking distance to the train station (or bus stop right outside site) for trips into Tenby.
Very friendly and helpful warden.

On a very busy and very noisy road which our pitch was about 2m away from (road noise heard higher up the site too) Obviously not the fault of the site and it wouldn't bother some people but it would stop us from staying again. Not for those looking for a peaceful/quiet/rural stay.

Penally Court Farm is well maintained I have stayed at this site for many years and took friends there this year and they said that they would return again a happy holiday 😊

The site is in an amazing location. 5 minutes from a train station, 30minutes scenic walks along the costal path or along the sandy beaches into Tenby. Our daughter is 9 and not keen on walking but she loved the walks we did daily into Tenby. Friendly little pub 2 minutes away serving lovely food.
The site manager was welcoming and there was flexibility for us to choose where about we'd like to be on the site. Toilets and showers dotted around the park so plenty of choice and always available. Cleaned regularly. Lovely well- maintained site with a good flat pitch.

There were comments about the busy road, it didn't bother us at all and we were set up along the hedgerow by the road. It was quiet by night.

Nothing to dislike

Hilly site overlooking the hills to the sea. Lovely views. Touring area had several pre-fab toilet/shower/washing up/chemical disposal facilities close by which were kept very clean. Great hot water and water pressure. BBQ's and fires are allowed.
Location is right in the village. Bus stop right outside the entrance with hourly service to/from Tenby - means no need to drive or walk in.
Site is generally very clean and maintained.

It is a bit basic. You are high up on the hills and exposed to the winds coming off the sea. But generally, there isn't a lot to dislike. You do have to pay for the wifi.
