Liked: Absolutely everything staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Surrounding are Absolutely stunning. Pool is fantastic and so is the play area beach is lovely.

Liked: The static caravan we rented (myself and my daughter) was immaculate with a beautiful view of the Cardigan Bay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back there in the future.

We were not aware that your washing up water was not hot enough, had we known at the time we may have been able to have a look to see what the issue was on the day. It seems to have been resolved as there are lots of happy dishwashers out there today.

Liked: From the start the welcome was brilliant, the host showed us to our pitch which was amazing overlooking the sea. The pitch had water, electric and waste water outlet as well.
Disliked: Slightly too windy at times but that’s not the sites fault.
Would have liked wifi but couldn’t get it

Liked: Everything about this site. From arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble. Our car broke down on our final day and they were only too happy to help in anyway they could. The facilities are spotless. The pool is fantastic and the views are breathtaking. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We saw dolphins 🐬. The weather was beautiful so that helped too.

Liked: Beautiful views from the pitch. Pitch was large with picnic bench. Swimming pool was clean and having access to it for as long as you wish was one of my sons favourite things about the park, with the games room as close second. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

During the holidays there is nothing better than bobbing about in the pool from 10 in the morning until 5 at teatime, then the games lounge up until 10pm.
Thank you so much for leaving your positive comments following on from youe stay with us in one of our hire fleet holiday homes.
We think we have the times of pool opening ok, 10am until 5pm so 7 hours open, keeps the ambience around the pool area nice and calm first thing in the morning and around teatime when everyone seems to want to sit and relax without the elevated activity from the pool area, plus, we need to send the staff home at some point after they have cleaned and checked chemicals ready for the next day
