Liked: Everything was great, from swimming pool to the view to the playground and stuff extremely nice. they’re very helpful.
Disliked: WiFi 5£ a day but connection was terrible anyway

Liked: Loved the location, was peaceful and the views were fantastic.
Disliked: The access to the site is down very narrow lanes, driving them was probably the most stressful part of the journey and holiday.
Probably not the best site too choose 14 months post heart transplant 😄

Liked: Location was picturesque and a short walk to the beach. Staff really friendly and the guy that showed us to our pitch was really helpful. Nice clean toilet block and pot washing station. Didn't get to use the pool but we have stayed at bigher site that didn't have such a nice pool and being covered means it can be used much more then other pools. Loved going down to the beach to check out the rock pools and even saw a good sized lobster pop out briefly.
Disliked: Totally not the sites fault as it's the nature of being on a hillside but the tent pitches being on a slope was difficult as we can't level off like the caravans can but we got round it in the end and it didn't take away from our stay.

Liked: Absolutely incredible and beautifully spotless place! I’m surprised the facilities haven’t been scrubbed away by the amount of times they get cleaned a day! Views are incredible, staff are welcoming and friendly, views are insane, other guests were all lovely and respectful. We do not make a habit of returning to sites as we prefer different locations and travel but would undoubtedly stay again if we are revisiting the area!!
Disliked: The ONLY constructive criticisms I can add, which would have only enhanced our stay:
Nowhere to put things in showers except a hook, I am aware that a refurb is planned but even a little bench/ shelf in each cubicle would be super helpful!
Fortunately with a baby I was able to use the family room which was a necessity to get showered / dressed.On note of the above, the temperature of the shower (only used in family room but I assume in all) are push on, they stay on for 10 seconds at a time which although very eco friendly, was inconveniently short. Also, and more importantly, the temperature could not be adjusted, and whilst lovely for a grown adult, it was far too hot for a baby (again in the family room).
Again, these points would just enhance the experience, I assume and hope will be rectified with the renovation and would not impede us returning in the interim !

It sounds like you were unhappy with your motorhome as you have given a 5/10 for your accomodation.
Not too sure what we have done to reflect an overall 5/10 for your short stay with us but as the saying goes ‘you can only please some of the people some of the time…….

Disliked: Unfortunately the hole visit was ruined as we found the entrance terrible we were in a motor home and the lane are very narrow and passing points were aufull we got half way when a tractor with trailer was comeing down made us reverse back horrendous will not go back .

We’re truly sorry to hear that the roads in Wales impacted your overall experience. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially in a motorhome. While the rural setting does offer beautiful scenery, we know that narrow lanes can be challenging, one of the reasons we ask for customers to arrive after 2pm and depart before 12 noon is the road from the main road, 2 and a bit miles where extra care and attention is needed.
The majority of our motorhome customers arrive and enjoy their time with us with no issues, the fact that you met another member of the public on a public highway and had to reverse to allow them to pass is most unfortunate.

If I’m being picky, the second bedroom in the static was tiny, definitely would struggle if 2 adults were sleeping in there

Helpful staff on hand at all times.
Heated pool and a playpark that is located close to the tent pitches.
Great views and a lovely walk down to a rocky beach- great for crabbing and campfires.
Pitches are spaced out well and there arent so many that you feel crammed in.Disliked: Nothing that wasnt specified and nothing that would stop us returning but do take note of sloping pitches (minimal) and high winds! Both manageable and didnt spoil an amazing holiday.
