Good location, clean toilets, nicely spaced pitches, quiet during the day and evening.

We were pitched near the entrance, unfortunately lots cars returned to the site in the early hours of the morning, meaning it was noisey and our tent lite up in the headlights.

Helpful staff ensured we had checked in and orientated. Access to canal tow path for dog walking and dog friendly pub within 5 minutes walk from site.

Clean facilities, showers/ toilets was very clean.
Shop well stocked.
Wigwam was clean, spacious and utilities were of a good variety. Very cosy. Kids loved having a big sleepover when the beds converted.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Scenic walks.

Only thing I would comment on was the amount of geese poo, but understand cannot be helped.

Clean well kept facilities. Easily accessible from 2 train stations and a town nearby. Lots of wildlife and a nice river on the site.

The ground was covered in goose feaces but that can't be helped when there's a huge flock of geese on the site. Fairly busy industrial road right next to the tenting area so it gets noisy early in the morning with traffic

Facilities clean. Well laid out pitches. Some have more goose poo on them than others! Staff friendly and helpful ( some more than others!)

Convenient to the town (Hoddesdon) and Lea Valley Park.

Toilet block dated with broken or none working locks.

Lovely place to go to get away from it all. Stayed in the Big chief wigwam pod. Was clean, loads of space inside, warm and perfect for couples staying or with children.

The bright ceiling lights at night could do with a side lamp

Good reception/shop. Staff friendly.

Dobbs Weir site not a patch on other Pitch up and Caravan and Motorhome club sites. Shower / toilet block tired and needs refurbishing. Grounds are also a bit shabby. Surprisingly no bins to recycle paper, cardboard, plastic or tins/cans. Not likely to use this site again.
