Lovely clean and warm shower and toilet block, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location along the river and near the weir.

Saw quite a bit of wildlife in the park including foxes and deer.

Quiet location.

Narrow pitches even for a VW T6.
(Small pitch allocated.)

Therefore very close to grassed area on either side which was muddy due to rainfall unfortunately.

Could benefit from slightly larger pitches as ample room on either side to accommodate drier footing and space to movement around vehicle.

It was a fantastic place to stay, kids loved it, dog loved it. Staff were very friendly & helpful, shower block & toilets were very clean. It felt safe having 5 kids running around me! we all can't wait to return!

Everything! Brilliant facilities, spotlessly clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly even when we pitched up in the wrong place. Lovely pub across the road and easy access for the train into London (15 min cycle down the river to the nearest station)

Great open spaces, very clean site including toilet and shower facilities. Very close to the local pub which was very handy !!

The news toilet were blocked and therfore not nice to use
The toilet brushes were filthy where men had tried to unblock them
It was though the water pressure to the men's toilets wasn't high enough.
The shop wasn't very well stocked.

Lovely clean camp well laid out.
Nice staff, very pretty location. Peaceful.

Little isolated from public transport.
Miserable amount of hot water running from taps. Very frustrating.

Online check in, dog friendly, accommodation choice, we had a caravan, our daughter and family hired a wigwam, our other daughter and family camped, and our eldest son and family camped. We all came together for barbecue and an evening round the firepit.

Liked everything there except one thing

You should have private cubical’s with just sink in not everyone wants showers but needs to wash in privacy . My partner has a stoma and felt very embarrassed about changing his bag infront of other people , you should make private cubicles with just sinks in , in both male and female wash rooms , this is your only downfall

That you can check out any time!

Putch was full of geese poo. Could hardly walk without stepping in it. You take it into your camper, tent, etc. They take no effort in removing it, keeping it tidy or chase away the geese.
Toiletblocks and showers were groce aswell.

It's a DISGRACE they have the balls to charge you for this sh#tshow.
The place should be condemned!
