Loved the shop, children's play area and the addition of a community room with tele and kettle was very welcome for those in tents during the thunderstorms!Disliked: –

Liked: Lovely clean site, welcoming and friendly staff, and great facilities. Although the site is quite large the fact that the different areas are sectioned off from each other makes it so that you have the quiet homely feel of a small site, but with the benefits of a large site. Great location too - we'll visit again.

Liked: Well run site with excellent facilities and friendly, cooperative staff. Close to the A66 so good situation for towing a caravan. Clean. Well protected from the elements. Nice pub/restaurant close by (but shuts at 9pm).
Disliked: Wifi is poor across the site (but strong at the communal building)

Disliked: We paid for an electric hook up but this was impossible as our pitch was located too far from the electric hook up (which was meant to be split between 4 other pitches)
