Liked: Tutto, sono stati super carini con noi. Abbiamo avuto un problema col camper e ci hanno aiutato, hanno anche chiesto aiuto a un vicino con un trattore, un signore molto gentile che ci ha salvato!

Disliked: Direi di spiegare meglio come arrivare lì

Disliked: Accès très difficile et mal expliqué sur le site, emplacement plein de figues au sol vous en avez plein les chaussures, toilettes et douches très petit et vétuste, coins vaisselle pas éclairés.

Disliked: Everything. You get what you pay for! Loved Cartegena just not this site. Toilets need major overhaul in today's world. Who puts washing up area sinks immediately by waste disposal area.

You are speaking about the washing up area and the secondary old toilets, but you have the main toilets near there and completely in new condition... including also another sinks area without the problems that you talk about. This place is not too much big to realize it yourself, but you also can ask in reception anyway, before to develop this type of misunderstanding in your mind and to came here with this bad intention. We hope that you can reflect about it. Thanks

Liked: La vue 360 sur la vallée et le coin piscine

Disliked: La route pour monter au camping est dangereuse, la douche est payante (5€ par douche) qui se trouve dans une vieille caravane ça donne vraiment pas envie en plus de ça vous avez 3 coqs qui font un bruit montre entre 5h30 et 7h30 (heure où nous sommes partis)

From the manager: Bonjour Léa, je vous remercie d'avoir souligné la beauté de notre piscine mais je voudrais apporter quelques précisions. Tout d'abord, il n'est pas vrai que nos douches sont payantes car ces services sont inclus dans le prix de la nuitée. Deuxièmement, je ne sais pas par quelle route vous êtes arrivés mais nous vous conseillons toujours d'utiliser Google Maps comme navigateur, de plus la route qui mène à la finca a été réparée et même asphaltée il y a moins d'un mois et les coqs ne sont pas à nous, ils appartiennent à notre voisin et nous sommes désolés s'ils vous ont dérangés. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous vous souhaitons le meilleur pour votre prochaine destination ! Nathalie

Liked: Estuvo muy bien! Parece estar en el rey leon cuando te despiertas en la mañana y ves el panorama jaja. Es muy lindo, tiene duchas, wc, lavandería, todo. La muchacha que nos atendió muy amable!

Disliked: Las duchas no estaban limpias, estaban muy sucias… del resto todo bien! El wifi no es muy potente, aguanta 2 dispositivos y si quieres el premium tienes que pagar…

Route directions

Use Google Maps to avoid the route passing through Avenida de los Pinos, as it is not a good road. The best route is the path that begins from 'Caravana's Home'. First, go there and, then add 'Espacio Finca Alegría' into on Google Maps. For public transport, take Line 6 to the final stop; the site owners can pick you up there if arranged in advance.

Local attractions

Parque Tentegorra (15 minutes’ drive) is an adventure hub with ziplines and treetop walks, plus an aquapark with water slides (and a pirate ship in the middle of the children’s pool). There’s also a playground with a giant slide and picnic areas complete with barbecue stations. When in Cartagena, check out the Roman amphitheatre, overlooked by the ruins of an old cathedral on one side and the hilltop Castillo de la Concepción on the other. The Civil War Museum has displays on this dramatic period in Spain’s recent history, or you can head to the Naval Museum on the harbour. Built in the mid-1930s in a mock-medieval style, the Batería de Castillitos (45 minutes) perches high above the sea at the tip of the Cabo Tiñoso headland. In addition to the huge guns (fired only once during the Spanish Civil War), there are far-reaching coastal views.

All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

Modifications are subject to a €5.00 ($7.35) fee.

No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

Reception is open from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. between 01/01 and 31/12.

Sites

Sites: a €20.00 ($29.42) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Dogs

The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

The grocery shop is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/01 and 31/12 (subject to weather conditions).
