On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 01/09.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €100.00 ($147.84) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a €10.00 ($14.78) fee.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 16/06 and 13/09.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 14/09 and 15/06.

Pool

• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 01/02 and 30/11.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 01/02 and 30/11.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 12/04 and 05/10 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 01/02 and 30/11.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Sites

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
