- Rural wild-style site and wildlife haven 45 minutes’ drive from Warsaw
- Masovian Landscape Park 20 minutes’ drive; Wodna Kraina 15 minutes
- Food packs and communal barbecue available; shops 10 minutes’ drive
Deep in the Masovian Landscape Park, The Farm Wild Camping is a small, peaceful nearly-wild site set in a meadow edged by forest. At 40 minutes’ drive from central Warsaw, it’s close enough for a weekend escape, yet far enough away to disconnect from city bustle.
The spacious pitches have optional electric hook-ups and hot showers in wooden cabins, and the field has been left unfenced to preserve natural wildlife corridors — so you may wake up to the sounds of cranes and herons, or spot moose, deer and roe deer moving freely through the meadow at sunrise or dusk. Dogs are welcome, but please keep them under control around the wildlife.
Soft drinks and alcohol can be bought on site, and barbecues are allowed on the pitches. You can buy meat for the grill on the farm, and the owners also offer breakfast packs/lunch and dinner sets created from seasonal local ingredients – which they can even cook for you on the communal grill.
If you need to stock up, there are several shops in the nearby villages of Sobienie-Jeziory and Wilga (both 10 minutes’ drive), which also have a few low-key pizzerias, bars and cafés.

Local attractions
To explore locally, you can go kayaking on the Wilga River (10 minutes’ drive); the meandering route leads through meadows and woodland. Hikers and cyclists will probably make a beeline for the Masovian Landscape Park (20 minutes), which is laced with trails through forest and around waterways. You might be lucky enough to spot black storks and rare linnets around the park’s protected Bagno Całowanie peat bogs, which you can explore on wooden boardwalks.
Anglers can keep themselves busy fishing for carp at the Łowisko Wilga lakes (15 minutes), while golfers hone their handicap at Sobienie Królewskie Golf and Country Club (10 minutes).
If you’re after a lazy day soaking up the sun, head for the family-friendly lakeside waterpark at Wodna Kraina (15 minutes), which has a sandy beach, bar and restaurant, plus trampolines and waterslides, paddleboard rental and swan-shaped pedal boats. For a quieter vibe, you can also try wild swimming in the clear water at Morskie Oko (20 minutes); take a picnic and listen out for the sound of frogs croaking.
