Extras

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 5 day(s) of arrival.

• Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

• Group bookings of 7 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Hired accommodation

• Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
• Hired accommodation: a €100.00 ($163.01) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: €100.00 ($163.01) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

• No electric barbecues allowed.

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.

• Sites: a €2.50 ($4.08) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

• The bar is open between 01/04 and 30/09.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

• The fishing lakes are stocked with Karpers.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 30/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Occupancy

• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

• The park only allows dogs up to 15kg.

• The restaurant is open between 01/04 and 30/09.
• This campground/park wel have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €100.00 ($163.01) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
