Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/05 and 30/09.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

General

• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 3 p.m.} and 7 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and midnight.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 01/06 and 31/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. between 01/05 and 31/05 and between 01/09 and 08/10.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 01/05 and 30/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 01/05 and 30/09.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 8 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
